Lot Tan is responsible for gathering, producing and reporting the significant stories that affect the people and communities of southwest Ohio on WBNS ONNTV.

Tan was born in Cambodia and immigrated with his parents to Southern California in the 1980s.

He grew up in Long Beach, California, and attended California State University of Long Beach, where he earned a bachelors degree in broadcast journalism.

Tan's first job after graduating college was in the Midwest at WREX-TV in Rockford, Illinois, where he served as a reporter/fill-in anchor/photographer/editor. He joined ONN in early 2007.

Drea Avent was born and raised in Southern California where she grew up loving sports, and it is her passion for sports that makes working as a sports reporter at KABB-TV quite a dream job.

Drea graduated from California State University of Long Beach with a major in Broadcast Journalism.

Shortly after graduating, she landed a job working for News 24 Houston, as a Sports Reporter/Photographer.

After working there for a year, the station shut down, and Drea lost her job. The position at KABB came after that, and Drea couldn't be happier. She loves San Antonio, because the people are so friendly and she loves warm weather.
