Children must have
completed kindergarten and be entering first through eighth grade in
the fall.
Include one completed
registration/emergency form (two pages) for
each child.
Include all completed forms and
payment information in the same envelope for sibling discounts to
apply.
To enroll, you will need to
complete a separate emergency/enrollment card and registration form
for each child. Write the class numbers and titles. You may send
the complete tuition or a $50 deposit for each course. Full tuition
is due on or before May 24 for session 1 and June 21 for session 2.
Enrollment is limited to 20 students per class.
