The deposit is always $ 50. per class per child.  Please total the number of classes, multiply by $ 50., and send a check for the total.

If you have paid a deposit, please send the remaining payment no later than May 24 (session 1) or June 21(session 2).  Enrollment is limited to twenty students per class per session.  Be sure to include your child's name and session 1 and/or 2 on the check.

The $ 50. deposit is non-refundable.

If your plans change, and you have already paid in full, you may request a refund of the amount over $50 before May 24.  No refunds will be made after May 24.

Enclose a completed registration form and emergency card (2 sided or 2 pages) for each child.
