                                DID YOU KNOW?

Bryant Elementary School (Grades K-5) is “Where Futures Are Formed”

Bryant’s strong and rigorous school program has an intensive focus on Literacy and Mathematics instruction.  Bryant’s literacy instruction concentrates on phonetic skill development, reading fluency and reading comprehension to achieve substantial reading growth by Bryant students.  All instructional lessons are developed from California State content standards.

Continual assessments in math and reading drive Bryant instruction.  Teachers have become experts in analyzing student work and data while assessing their own teaching practices and while assessing the needs of their students.  Teaching practices and student outcomes are essential components of Bryant’s successful program.  Students are placed in small groups for direct instruction.  Teachers, the Resource Specialist, and the Literacy Specialist collaborate daily to ensure success for all students.
