Middle school students and parents who want to know more about choosing a high school to attend may visit the Choice 2008 High School Fair on Saturday, Dec. 1, 9 a.m. to noon at Lakewood High School, 4400 Briercrest, Lakewood.
All Long Beach Unified School District high schools will have representatives at the fair to discuss the unique educational opportunities available at their schools.
The fair, although open to the public, is designed to help eighth grade students and their parents make informed decisions about applying to attend a high school of their choice.
