Purchasing

The Purchasing and Contracts Branch staff processes over 15,000 purchase orders and contracts annually. They also prepare over 100 Requests for Bids. They are constantly trying to locate outstanding vendors with quality products. The staff is committed to spending taxpayer dollars in the most efficient and effective manner. Note: The requisition attachment form is for use only when there is not enough room for all items on the buyout requisition form. It should be attached to the back of the original buyout with a note on the buyout to "see attached."
