Employees can now reprint their Federal W2 forms in the myLBUSD portal

Employees can now reprint their pay-stub in the myLBUSD portal

December 2010: Major Projects Underway
This year will see the rollout of several major technology projects including computers for High School and Middle School Math and Science programs and The MIND Institute.

October 2010: Special Education Genesea Project
As part of the new Genesea system, Special Education teachers will be receiving new desktop or laptop computers. This is being funded by a federal program which cannot be used for salaries.

December 2003: Vandalism Process
The Vandalism Process has been updated to get your technology working again in less time and with less paperwork.

December 2003: Home computers At Work:
Rules related to the Use of Home Computers on the District network have been created, approved and published.

December 2003: Updated Guidelines For Donated Equipment
There has been a major change in the way that the District recognizes and services donated equipment and equipment purchased with donated funds. New Guidlines.

March 2003: District Cabling Standards(pdf document)
The District standards for data cabling have been updated. Please see the latest version before beginning any data cabling projects.

February 2003: Internet Guidelines for Represented Certificated Staff
District Internet and Electronic Mail Guidelines and Procedure for Represented Certificated Staff provided by ERO.

January 2003: Forms and Downloads
The most commonly requested forms and software are now available for download.

May 2002: Board Approves District Internet Guidelines
On May 21, 2002 the Board of Education approved the 'District Internet and Electronic Mail Guidelines and Procedures'. This document details the 'acceptable use' of technology within the District for both students and staff.

November 2001: Lockdowns For Computers, Printers and A/V
A hardware 'lockdown' device is now REQUIRED on all new, computer, printer and A/V (television, VCR, etc.) installations in "instructional areas" (areas where students will have access to the equipment). Click the link above and see the Miscellaneous section for information on lockdowns.
